José Ramón, a diligent student, had just arrived in the capital from his small town to study for civil service exams when he discovered that his neighbor Javier was a superhero. But a superhero who couldn't manage a double life, who didn't have good control over his superpower pills, and who always ended up making a huge mess of things.
