Akane faces the Renseikai for Zenza. She is determined to earn the right to participate in the four-person spectacle alongside the futatsume who will carry the weight of Arakawa High School on their shoulders for the next generation. To obtain this honor, it is essential that she achieve first place in the Renseikai. Although Akane starts as the overwhelming favorite, a new rival pulls off a surprise.
