El mundo de cristal

On his journey to a remote region of East Africa, British physician Edward Sanders discovers an inexplicable phenomenon: the forests have begun to crystallize. Trees transform into colossal jewels, crocodiles slither toward the river covered in shimmering skin, and pythons stand with gem-like eyes in heraldic poses. While many inhabitants flee in terror, others, dazzled by the beauty, wander aimlessly through a petrified world that oscillates between fascination and fear. In this surreal setting, a Jesuit priest brandishes a crystal cross, a gunman searches for his wife, and a tribe of lepers yearns to reach paradise.
