Nagi was the world's greatest assassin, but while trying to protect his little sister Shizuka, he was shot in the head, leaving him wheelchair-bound and in a vegetative state. She tries to help her brother and discovers that he briefly regains consciousness when he feels a murderous urge towards himself, so she seeks out someone with a killer instinct to cure him.
