After a long life with a loving family, Fūta has just passed on. But between the world of Michiru, his owner, and that of this tabby cat, bridges connect both realms. Café Pont is located in limbo and is a very special place: customers write the name of the person they wish to see again on a card, and Nijiko, the owner, assigns a messenger cat to each request. The felines' job is to facilitate the reunion and deliver the words that the requester and recipient never spoke. It's a complicated and demanding task, but there's nothing a purr can't accomplish. Furthermore, if he manages to complete five messenger cat jobs, Fūta will be able to see Michiru again. Will he be able to snuggle into her lap once more and thank her for the time they spent together?
