For forty-two years, Sally Harrison has built a unique library, filled with stories of hope. Every year on her daughter Ella's birthday, at midnight on July 11th, Sally adds a new book to the shelves with a note dedicated to the person she loves most and hasn't seen in a long time. Twenty-one years ago, after a heated argument, Ella ran away to Australia, leaving an irreparable void in her mother's heart. Yet, despite the pain and the distance, Sally has never abandoned this small ritual, hoping that one day her daughter will return to browse the volumes. An unexpected event forces Ella to return to the place she once called home, surrounded by books and memories. There, she will discover that every ending is just the beginning of a new chapter and that, sometimes, all we need to move forward is the courage to turn the page.
