Group X of the Madrid Judicial Police Brigade has just been assigned the most difficult cases: high-risk disappearances and unsolved murders, the so-called cold cases. At the helm is Jimmy Valle, a veteran investigator who leads a team with experience, scars, and a strong sense of duty. Julia Zaldívar, recently returned from an international posting, joins the unit; Paula Vicente, an inspector as tenacious as she is skilled, seeks a new balance in her life; and Sub-Inspector Luis Mangas is burdened by ailments and frustrations.
