Agua viva

Where are the limits of language? This text is an experience —not a reflection— on those limits. To go further, in search of the "between the lines," the female voice that speaks to us must seek the aid of music, and especially painting, to approach the "it," that central point of life that Lispector pursued in all her works. A vague epistle to a mute recipient, Agua Viva transcends at every moment the boundaries of that broad family of letters of heartbreak to which it partly belongs. Beyond passion, the text aims —with all its weapons: word, color, and note— at the center of life, and defies death with its defense of joy.
