Over the years, the owner fills his house with memories, a silent witness to his life. And the house itself is a faithful reflection of his life, like couples who have always lived together. Thus, when its occupant disappears forever, the contents of the house are frozen in place by dust, waiting for its owner to one day return.
The three siblings who are the protagonists of this story return a year after their father's death to the family home where they grew up. Their intention is to sell it, but with each item they throw away, they are confronted by memories. They fear they are getting rid of the past, the memory of their father, but also of themselves. Autobiographical echoes are perceptible in this new work by Paco Roca, stemming from a need to recount a situation that has deeply affected the Valencian author, as was the case with Wrinkles.
