El libro fantasma

Twelve years ago, a boy and a girl were alive. One of them had to die. July Chen sees ghosts, but her father insists that ghosts don't exist, so she pretends they don't. This is, of course, incredibly difficult during the Month of the Hungry Ghosts—a time when the gates to the underworld open and spirits roam freely among the living. When July saves William—a ghost boy on the verge of being devoured by one of those hungry spirits—an instant friendship forms between them. However, it turns out William isn't truly a ghost, but a wandering soul caught between life and death... one who can still be saved. As the new friends set out to return William to his body, the truth comes to light: for William to live, July must die.
