From a young age, Juan Francisco has always felt out of place within his family. Following his mother's death, the need to flee his village, to become someone else, to forge a new identity, slowly took shape. From this urgency, his exodus was born: first to Bogotá and then to Madrid, where art became his only anchor, his adopted homeland, and his mirror. In Madrid's workshops and galleries, he attempted to reconstruct the fragments of his past, drawing us into the question that will constantly arise throughout the story: to what extent are the memories we tell ourselves real? How reliable, ultimately, is our memory?
